Co‐curricular Activity
- Introduction
Co-curricular Activities (CCA) refers to activities that are conducted outside of regular classroom teaching, yet are still connected to student learning. As such, they are considered an integral part of the school curriculum.
CCA plays a vital role in addressing the diverse developmental needs of students, including the cultivation of values and attitudes, the honing of skills, and the fostering of creativity. By actively participating in CCA, students can acquire effective communication and collaboration skills, as well as gain valuable life experiences. Moreover, if students are provided with opportunities to organize CCAs, they will not only receive training in program planning and leadership but also have the chance to explore and develop their potential.
Our goals are︰
- Enhancing classroom learning and providing students with opportunities to apply their knowledge and skills.
- Teaching specific skills and offering opportunities to instill values that are challenging to convey in a traditional classroom setting.
- Promoting personal development in students, expanding their interests, nurturing their potential, and providing opportunities for character development and leadership training.
- Fostering students' social development by providing them with opportunities to enhance their social experiences, practice their social skills, and internalize moral and social values.

5. Mini Stage
The presence of a school outdoor stage at PG02 provides a valuable platform for students to showcase their talents and creativity. It offers students the opportunity to perform during lunchtime, allowing them to express themselves and share their skills with peers. The mini-stage can also serve as a space for students to rehearse and improve their performances, fostering a sense of dedication and commitment. Engaging in performances on the outdoor stage can help students build confidence and overcome stage fright, essential skills that can benefit them in various aspects of their lives. The outdoor stage promotes a sense of community and school spirit as students come together to support and cheer on their peers during performances. It encourages teamwork and collaboration as students work together to create and organize their performances. The mini-stage provides a break from the academic routine, allowing students to relax, unwind, and enjoy the creative process. Overall, the school outdoor stage at PG02 enriches the school experience for students, offering them a space to explore their talents, develop new skills, and create lasting memories.
