Voting Method

• Electors must come to school in person to cast a secret ballot.  Each person can only vote once.
• If there is only one candidate for the alumni manager, the voting will consist of affirmative votes, negative votes and abstentions.  Candidate must have more votes in favour than votes against to be elected.

11 November 2022 (Friday) 8:30 pm – 9:00 pm

Announcement of Results

Results will be announced right after the votes are counted and will also be posted on the School’s homepage on or before 17 November 2022.

Appeal

Unsuccessful candidate may, within one week of the announcement, appeal to Alumni Association in writing together with the reasons. (On or before 18 November 2022)
