Our colleagues have consistently pursued excellence and upheld the philosophy of fostering virtue and nurturing people. Our Personal, Social, and Humanities Education Key Learning Area Coordinator, Mr. POON Sen Kin was invited by the Hong Kong Federation of Education Workers to share his idea on how to integrate four major pillars including formal curriculum, informal curriculum, life-wide learning, and service learning into patriotic education. With the use of everyday life events, interactive, and experiential approaches, he aims to deepen students’ sense of national identity and cultivate them into morally upright and talented pillars of the nation. Looking ahead, our colleagues will continue to inject vitality and positive energy into education, working hand in hand with peers across the sector to tell the good story of education in China and Hong Kong. |
